Our Mission
We, as the members of the IAFF (International Association of Fire Fighters) LOCAL 730 and Professionals of the VICTORIA FIRE DEPARTMENT, are committed to residents of Victoria and the City we call home. Always looking to positively impact our community through both our professional accomplishments and our charitable endeavors, our members strive to offer the best possible service to the City of Victoria.
Comprised of 110 Firefighters and Fire Prevention Officers, the foundation of our Union is built on honesty, integrity and respect. Our workplace is constantly evolving and so are our members, continuously improving our skills with training and professional progression, while always maintaining safety and respect in the workplace.
